A proven President and CEO, Mike has led large-scale enterprises including Blue Care Network, Health Services Corporation, Health Plus of Michigan, and Health Choice, as well as senior executive roles with CSC Healthcare and SAIC’s Global Commercial Healthcare Group.
He is recognized for moving beyond financial statements to identify operational inefficiencies, implement cost-effective strategies, and drive measurable revenue growth. His leadership has supported organizations generating over $2.4 billion in annual revenue and managing teams of more than 3,300 employees.

His career spans leadership roles in healthcare transformation as well as eight years on Wall Street, giving him a unique perspective on both clinical and financial performance.
Doug founded Precision to address the growing challenges healthcare organizations face in navigating compliance, identifying missed care opportunities, and succeeding in value-based environments.
